Two decades of building 3D content for the world's leading brands taught us something: the real problem isn't the 3D. It's what happens after the sale.
For over 20 years, we've been deep in the world of 3D visualization, helping thousands of brands produce content that sells: product renders, animations, AR experiences, configurators, and immersive visuals across every industry you can think of.
We've worked with consumer electronics, furniture, HVAC, industrial machinery, automotive, and more. We've seen the full lifecycle of a product from concept to shelf, and we noticed something that nobody was fixing.
The post-purchase experience is broken. Brands invest millions in creating beautiful products, then hand customers a 200-page PDF that nobody reads. The result: confused users, preventable support tickets, costly returns, and installation errors that damage the brand.

From assembly to installation, maintenance to repair. Viflux guides users step by step, showing the exact part, tool, and action needed at every moment.
Remove the front panel
Gently pull the panel from both sides until it unclips from the main body.
Extract the air filters
Slide each filter upward and pull towards you to remove.
Clean with lukewarm water
Rinse under running water. Use a soft brush if needed. Let dry completely.
Reassemble and test
Slide the filters back in and snap the front panel into place.
